AllHue Terms of Service.

Carnival 2026 Edition

1. The AllHue Marketplace

Service Model: AllHue is a platform connecting you with independent Makeup Artists (MUAs). We do not provide beauty services directly; we facilitate the discovery, quoting, and secure payment process.

Selection: You are responsible for reviewing an Artist’s portfolio and ratings before accepting a quote.

2. Booking & Payments

The Quote Process: Once you post a request, Artists will provide quotes. You are not charged until you Accept a quote.

Escrow (The Vault): Upon acceptance, your payment is held securely by AllHue. This ensures your Artist is committed to your slot.

Service Confirmation: You must confirm completion in the app ("Face Slayed") to release funds to the Artist. If there is a dispute, you must notify AllHue Support within 2 hours of the appointment time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

User Cancellation:

  • More than 24 hours before: Full refund (minus a small processing fee).
  • Less than 12 hours before: A 30% Cancellation Fee is paid to the Artist to compensate for their reserved time.

Artist No-Show: If your Artist does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, you are entitled to a 100% refund or a priority reassignment to a "Rescue Artist" if available.

4. Health & Safety

Allergies: You must list any known skin sensitivities or allergies in your Hue-Profile during onboarding.

Product Tracking: While MUAs provide their own kits, you may request the use of your own products via the in-app chat for hygiene or shade-matching reasons.
